Cooking became Chef Adam's quarantine hobby. He found himself spending too much on UberEats ordering all of his favorite foods. He then decided to teach himself how to make them. He created an Instagram account dedicated to his new craft. Within a few months of starting that, he was cooking for Dave Portnoy, Ben Simmons, and Jordan Poyer, and the celebrities just kept rolling in from there!
